Job Summary
The Senior Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and establishing strategic partnerships that align with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating competitive markets to position the company’s offerings effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to present business proposals and secure new clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet the needs of both the client and the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
