Job description
**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor**
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering CSA cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, and overseeing the commercial facets of extensive industrial projects. Your duties will also encompass providing guidance to clients regarding procurement strategies, assessing contractor bids, and managing change orders during the construction process. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in quantity surveying or estimating related to the construction sector. A solid understanding of construction contracts and technical construction issues is essential, and RICS accreditation will be viewed as a significant advantage.
