Job Summary
The Senior CyberArk IAM Engineer plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using CyberArk technologies. This position focuses on implementing CyberArk products, ensuring security best practices, and automating processes to streamline identity management across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain CyberArk solutions for secure access management.
- Implement best practices for IAM processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM capabilities and integrate with existing systems.
- Monitor and analyze access control policies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on IAM protocols and CyberArk functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest CyberArk features and security trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CyberArk products, including PAM, PSM, and Central Credential Provider.
- Extensive knowledge of IAM frameworks and access management protocols.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools for process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications in CyberArk or IAM are a plus.
