Job description
**Senior Workforce Development Trainer**
The Senior Workforce Development Trainer is responsible for providing training solutions for both field and office personnel in areas such as supervisory competencies, workplace readiness, and technical electrical expertise. This position also oversees recruitment and onboarding activities, spearheads leadership development programs, and provides mentorship to less experienced trainers. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, in addition to 4-6 years in a related field. A solid grasp of electrical construction, outstanding communication abilities, and the capability to assess business training requirements are essential for success in this role.
