**Job Title: Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site leadership for robotic data collection activities, organizing personnel and resources to achieve production objectives. This role involves ensuring the integrity of data, upholding safety regulations, and serving as the main point of contact between the research, hardware, and software teams. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Operations discipline, alongside 3–5 years of experience in technology operations or manufacturing. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of managing hourly, shift-based teams and displaying robust problem-solving capabilities in high-paced settings.
