The Small Business Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in identifying new client opportunities and enhancing current client relationships to promote revenue expansion and loan generation. This position acts as the main liaison for small business clients, delivering a wide range of financial solutions while overseeing portfolio credit integrity. Applicants should have advanced skills in consultative selling and financial analysis, generally backed by a bachelor’s degree and three to four years of experience in relationship banking. Additionally, the position mandates NMLS registration and a solid grasp of banking practices, lending regulations, and compliance standards.
