Job description
The supervisor plays a key role in assisting the management team with reaching sales targets while ensuring store operational excellence. This position involves interacting with customers, exemplifying company values, and conducting point-of-sale transactions. Prior experience in a supervisory capacity within an apparel retail setting is highly desirable. Applicants should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and should have flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts.
