Job description
The Table Operator plays a key role in overseeing the curd production process, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met and that the production environment remains clean. Responsibilities include sanitizing equipment and supporting machinery operations to facilitate safe and effective production workflows. It is essential for this position to comply with food safety, quality, and sanitation regulations, such as GMP and HACCP. Applicants should be prepared to engage in physical activities, including cleaning curd augers and collecting samples for laboratory analysis.
