Job Summary
The Table Operator is responsible for managing and overseeing the function of table operations within the casino or gaming establishment. This role entails ensuring efficiency in game play, monitoring table activity, and providing outstanding customer service to enhance the gaming experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor table games to ensure rules are observed and gaming procedures are followed.
- Assist in managing game flow and handle player inquiries or issues effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees on table operations.
- Maintain accurate records of table activities, ensuring accountability and compliance.
- Communicate with other departments to optimize the gaming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in gaming operations is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a casino environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of table games rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
