**Talent Acquisition Officer**
The Talent Acquisition Officer will collaborate with business leaders to engage and secure exceptional talent, while also formulating creative sourcing strategies. This role involves overseeing the complete recruitment process and serving as a reliable advisor to hiring managers. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in in-house recruitment, executive search, or recruitment agency settings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience within the financial or professional services industries is advantageous.
