Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process within the organization, focusing on attracting, evaluating, and securing top talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to facilitate the selection process.
- Oversee the management of end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Screen applications and evaluate potential candidates to identify the most suitable fits for the organization.
- Maintain and update data within HR systems to keep track of recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
- Support ongoing Human Resources projects and initiatives as necessary
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable; alternatively, a High School diploma accompanied by relevant experience may be considered.
