Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key role focused on enhancing recruitment strategies for the organization. This position is situated in Von Ormy, Texas, with a commitment to onsite work. The specialist will collaborate with local hiring managers and coordinate with the Director to streamline the recruitment process effectively.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with community hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Provide support to community HR Business Partners by delivering timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Actively recruit for healthcare positions, including skilled nursing roles.
- Facilitate the screening and selection process to ensure qualified candidates are chosen.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare recruiting or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
