Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, focusing on fulfilling the staffing needs of the organization. This full-time position is based onsite in the United States and requires the specialist to work closely with various business leaders to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders in identifying and fulfilling hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish and define critical roles within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Support the HR and company objectives through effective talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
