Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will operate out of Woodbridge, Virginia, focusing on enhancing the recruitment process and managing the overall talent acquisition strategy for the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with the Human Resources Business Partners to fulfill staffing needs efficiently while also acting as an ambassador for the employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive recruitment and selection process.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate with recruitment team members and generalists to facilitate various hiring initiatives.
- Act as a representative and advocate for the company during candidate interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
