Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of specific roles and departments.
- Engage in proactive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting through to candidate onboarding.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
- At least one year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
