Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Corning is a pivotal role designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about fostering talent development within the organization. This remote position focuses on managing the complete recruitment process while ensuring an efficient and effective hiring strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Coordinate with team members to refine the talent acquisition strategy.
- Support the development of employee training and learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, or approximately two years of experience in a similar recruiting role.
