Job description
The Team Lead oversees critical optical and laboratory operations, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving store objectives. This role includes directing the team, executing personalized fittings, and upholding a safe and productive work atmosphere. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED alongside solid experience in both the optical and retail sectors. A solid understanding of optical theory, lab technologies, and fundamental math skills is essential, with preference given to candidates with additional certifications.
