Job description
**Job Title: Medical/Surgical Nurse**
Deliver nursing care tailored to adult inpatients, including medication administration and continuous monitoring of patient conditions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage care coordination, discharge planning, and patient education. Candidates must possess a current New York RN license and have at least 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg nursing. BLS certification is required, and proficiency in EPIC EMR documentation is essential.
