**Treatment Services Manager**
The Treatment Services Manager is responsible for guiding and assisting the spa’s team of service providers to uphold exceptional service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This position oversees day-to-day operations, which encompass scheduling, inventory management, and coaching team performance. Applicants should possess a current and valid professional license in esthetics or massage therapy from Missouri. Background in a spa, resort, or wellness setting, along with prior leadership or supervisory experience, is highly desired.
