Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team in Baldwin County. This position comes with a $5000 new hire bonus and benefits that start on your first day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various types of trucks, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and diagnostics of trucks to identify issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
- Work safely and effectively in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a truck mechanic or in a similar role.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
