Job description
**Club Enablement Lead**
The Club Enablement Lead is responsible for implementing new tools and processes and for overseeing the onboarding and training of associates to promote operational uniformity. This role emphasizes creating a collaborative and people-centered workplace by mentoring associates and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company guidelines. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, which includes operating front-end equipment, as well as 6 months of experience in customer service. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
