Job description
**Job Title: Veterinarian**
The Veterinarian is responsible for leading the veterinary medicine initiative, managing the health and welfare of animals under care, and conducting medical procedures and surgeries. This role also involves coordinating the activities of staff, establishing animal care protocols, and ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and local laws. Applicants must hold a valid Oklahoma State Veterinarian License along with a valid Driver’s License. Additionally, candidates should be eligible for a Controlled Drug License and demonstrate expertise in veterinary medicine and animal shelter management.
