Job Summary
The Acute Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Electrophysiology, on a part-time basis, plays a vital role in providing patient care within a clinical setting in New York State. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills as the incumbent will engage with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
Responsibilities
- Write orders for medications, laboratory tests, and diagnostic examinations.
- Collaborate with attending physicians, residents, nursing staff, and other members of the care team to deliver effective patient care.
- Maintain a collaborative practice relationship; ensure adherence to applicable nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Current license to function as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Acquired necessary education and training to fulfill the role effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.
