Job description
The Medical Technician plays a crucial role in providing medications to residents and keeping track of their health conditions, following the directives of physicians. In addition, they help residents with daily living tasks and work closely with the nursing staff to execute personalized care plans. Applicants should possess a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification or a comparable qualification. Preferred experience includes working with residents in memory care settings, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
