This position also involves managing the marketing and communications initiatives, as well as cultivating donor relationships and handling the grant application process. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related area and bring 3-5 years of experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity is essential, and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification is preferred.
