DLC is in search of a Controller to become a vital part of our team located in Philadelphia. This role involves engaging in various complex projects related to accounting, finance, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience from a Big 4 CPA firm or those who have graduated from a top-tier accounting program are highly encouraged to apply. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial statements and overseeing both internal and external reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Manage internal and external financial reporting activities.
- Engage with team members on financial projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide guidance and support on financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Qualifications
- Experience with a Big 4 CPA firm or a graduate from a prestigious accounting program.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
