Job Summary
The Development Associate is responsible for enhancing clinical patient testing by creating and refining molecular assays as well as methods for analyzing computational data. This role includes conducting laboratory experiments, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards, and assisting in the transfer of workflows into efficient high-throughput clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize molecular assays for clinical testing.
- Perform computational data analysis using relevant software.
- Conduct hands-on lab experiments in a wet lab environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in transferring workflows to high-throughput clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or an equivalent degree in biological or physical sciences.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience with molecular biology techniques.
- Strong foundation in quantitative data analysis, proficient in R or Python.
