Job Summary
The Space Data Specialist oversees the organization’s space inventory, ensuring the accurate management of digital drawings and regular updates to databases for both owned and leased properties. This role also includes providing analytical assistance for space planning initiatives, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring the effective integration of spatial data within the IWMS/CAFM system.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update digital drawings and databases for enterprise space inventory.
- Provide analytical support for space planning and feasibility studies.
- Integrate spatial data into the IWMS/CAFM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of five years of experience in space planning or facilities management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
