Prepare and revise packaging production files using Adobe Creative Suite and Esko tools, including color correction, trapping, barcode verification, dieline creation, press marks, and proof generation. Coordinate with account managers and production teams to meet scheduling and quality requirements, resolve production issues, and maintain equipment and accurate job records. Requires an associate or bachelor degree in a related discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or comparable work experience demonstrating the required abilities. Candidates should have packaging prepress knowledge, familiarity with lithographic and flexographic print specifications and substrates, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Esko tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
