Job Summary
This role involves leading and expanding a remote team of engineering professionals focused on client engagements and ensuring successful delivery results. The position also serves as a technical consultant to clients while developing reusable technical methodologies and tools for the team.
Responsibilities
- Guide and enhance a distributed team of engineers in their projects and client interactions.
- Oversee client engagements and ensure desired delivery outcomes are achieved.
- Provide technical advice to clients on relevant topics.
- Develop and maintain reusable technical practices and accelerators for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
- Familiar with cloud platforms and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
