Responsibilities
- Accurately post payments from patients and insurance entities.
- Reconcile any discrepancies identified in the billing system.
- Work alongside team members to optimize processes.
- Ensure that monthly payment posting goals are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare payment posting.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
