Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Maintain open lines of communication with patients, families, and team members.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
- Possession of a valid RN license in New Jersey.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS, NALS, or PALS may be required.
