The Floor Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the gaming floor operations, ensuring that all tables operate efficiently and that key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved. This position also involves leading, coaching, and inspiring team members, in addition to addressing employee relations and adhering to project timelines.

- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace issues that arise.
- Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory or a similar role experience.
- Strong organizational and technical skills are essential.
- Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is advantageous but not mandatory.
