The Machine Operator Leader is responsible for overseeing the production process in Swanton, Vermont, ensuring that essential products are efficiently sourced, manufactured, and distributed. Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the machine operation team to ensure optimal production practices.

- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals to ensure accurate machine operation.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery to facilitate the production process.
