Job Summary
We are currently in search of a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Family Medicine team. This position will involve providing comprehensive care, focusing on treatment strategies, medication management, and ongoing health maintenance for patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Manage and prescribe medications effectively.
- Provide health maintenance and preventive care services.
- Document patient interactions and care provided accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification and licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in family medicine or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
