They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in acute care, oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health. A current nursing license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required.
