The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating coating equipment while monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. They also perform routine troubleshooting, maintain production documentation, and support inventory and shipping activities. Candidates should have basic math and computer skills, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like standing for extended periods and lifting up to 100 pounds. While manufacturing experience is preferred, mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
