Job Summary
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall design, administration, and scaling of the HaloPSA platform. This includes overseeing workflows, integrations, and data models to ensure optimal functionality. The role also encompasses leading initiatives related to AI enablement and collaborating with various teams to fulfill service delivery and reporting requirements across the organization.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of direct experience in HaloPSA administration.
- Strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with API integrations.
- Ability to design complex service management environments.
