Job Summary
This position entails the design, construction, and deployment of tailored high-speed automated assembly equipment, guiding projects from the initial concept to the final launch. The role requires collaboration with various teams to create mechanical subsystems and the execution of hands-on commissioning for automated assembly cells.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom automated assembly systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective mechanical subsystems.
- Oversee the commissioning of automated assembly cells to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage projects from conception through to successful deployment and release.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of automation engineering.
- Advanced skills in 3D CAD software.
- In-depth understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
