Job Summary
The role involves steering the finance operations across the Americas, ensuring meticulous financial close and reporting processes, effective budgeting and forecasting, adherence to statutory regulations, coordination of tax matters, management of internal controls, oversight of cash flow, and mitigation of financial risks. The position requires fostering the development of the finance team, collaborating with both regional and central stakeholders, and enhancing the efficiency of shared services, systems, and finance protocols.

Qualifications
- A professional accounting qualification is required.
- Significant post-qualification experience in financial control or reporting.
- Experience in a senior finance position, ideally within a multi-entity or international framework.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing financial close.
- Expertise in balance sheet control, statutory reporting, audits, and internal controls.
- Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax regulations, and ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
