Open positions for associate

Manage leasing activities from prospect inquiries and property tours through applications, lease signing, and move-ins. Support marketing and resident retention, resolve service concerns, complete leasing paperwork, and coordinate with maintenance to address resident requests. Requires an associate degree or equivalent, six months to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management software is listed; a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed, is required.
