Job Summary
The Flightline Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day activities associated with flightline operations at The Boeing Company, specifically within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). This position is located in North Charleston, South Carolina, and requires an onsite presence to effectively manage operations and ensure adherence to company protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all activities related to flightline operations to promote efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures as outlined by Boeing.
- Engage in project or program management responsibilities to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support the training and development of team members in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in program management or in a senior managerial capacity.
- Completion of the Boeing internal course ‘Exploring Management’ is an asset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
