Job Summary
The Mold Line Operator is engaged in a structured 10-job rotation on a fast-paced production line dedicated to the production of high-quality sand castings for memorial plates. This role entails a variety of hands-on tasks that are essential for the efficient functioning of the production process.
Responsibilities
- Assemble patterns for sand casting production.
- Operate sand machines effectively to ensure quality output.
- Monitor the operation of spraying booths to maintain production standards.
- Accurately record work orders using the JDE system.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift heavy loads up to 75 lbs.
- Capability to stand for the duration of the shift without breaks.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks efficiently.
- Good hand-eye coordination is essential for success in this role.
- Basic math skills are necessary for completing tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings and utilize tape measures effectively.
