Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to small business owners on business planning, financial management, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Deliver workshops to educate and empower clients.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in small business coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong understanding of business planning, financial management, and marketing principles.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in the financial sector may be acceptable.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Access to personal transportation is necessary for client meetings and workshops.
