Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist in the enhancement and organization of data within our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role will involve supporting the development of a regional HR dashboard and finding ways to improve the workflows of our HRIS. You will also be responsible for managing support requests, diagnosing system challenges, and working together with departments such as HR, Finance, IT, as well as external partners on various data and system projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the cleanup and standardization of data across HCM platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a regional HR dashboard.
- Identify and recommend improvements to HRIS workflows.
- Manage and resolve support tickets and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners on data and system initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior or a master’s degree in HR, HRIS, business, information systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience or academic exposure to HCM systems is required.
- Foundational knowledge of HR processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
