Job Summary
The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive talent acquisition process and crafting strategic hiring initiatives to enhance the brand’s workforce. This role includes managing a team of recruiters and facilitating executive hiring, while also incorporating AI-enhanced talent practices to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management capacity, preferably in a media agency or holding company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at working at both strategic and operational levels within an organization.
