Job Summary
This role is focused on leading and expanding the engineering team dedicated to Vercel for Platforms. The individual will set the technical vision for a scalable, multi-tenant platform while ensuring effective coordination among engineering, product, and design teams. The position requires a balance between immediate project delivery and strategic long-term investments in the platform’s development.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in creating and managing large-scale platforms or multi-tenant systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing engineers.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to convert business objectives into technical strategies.
- Proven capability in aligning cross-functional teams within the organization.
