Job Summary
The position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a facility by striping and waxing floors with specialized equipment, alongside performing various general housekeeping duties, such as laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. The role is pivotal in ensuring restrooms and communal areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, while also managing supply levels and addressing housekeeping inquiries in accordance with infection-control and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery to strip and wax floors.
- Carry out general cleaning tasks including laundry, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and shared spaces regularly.
- Maintain adequate cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Address and respond to any housekeeping-related concerns effectively.

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a floor technician with heavy machinery is required.
- Background in housekeeping, laundry, or general janitorial work is preferred.
