Job Summary
The staff nurse is responsible for delivering direct care to patients, administering necessary medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and uphold effective patient care plans. The position also includes educating patients and their families, while consistently ensuring adherence to safety standards and nursing protocols.

- Provide comprehensive direct patient care and administer medications.

- Educate patients and their families on care processes and health management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and nursing standards throughout care delivery.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
- Completion of the department’s orientation program is required.
- Certifications in CPR, BLS, and ACLS are necessary.
- Proficiency in the NIH Stroke Scale is an additional requirement.
