Job Summary
The position of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the OBGYN field is available in Hillsboro, Oregon, for a 32-hour workweek. This role requires on-site presence and focuses on providing comprehensive care under the supervision of a licensed physician. The practitioner will be involved in diagnostic studies, medication ordering, and other essential healthcare activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and perform health assessments.
- Order medications as necessary for patient treatment.
- Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist in the development of the NP/PA float pool.
- Complete all tasks within the scope of practice defined by state regulations.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse License in Oregon or equivalent Physician Assistant certification.
- Recent graduates should obtain their Oregon RN License within 6 months of hire.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with OBGYN medical practices and protocols is preferred.
