Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the onboarding process for suppliers and implementing SAP Supplier Collaboration Capabilities (SCC). Key activities include managing the supplier portal, facilitating label generation, and establishing EDI connections. The role also involves coordinating integrations with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and third-party systems, ensuring proper project planning, testing, risk assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and readiness for post-launch operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct supplier onboarding and the implementation of SAP SCC functionalities.
- Oversee the supplier portal, label creation processes, and EDI integration efforts.
- Manage SAP BTP and third-party application integrations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Conduct rigorous testing and identify potential risks.
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders throughout project phases.
- Prepare for and support cutover and post-go-live activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in project management, systems implementation, or a related cross-functional field.
- Proficient in supplier onboarding processes and SAP SCC.
- Working knowledge of EDI and SAP BTP integration standards.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate deliveries, manage testing phases, address risks, and liaise with external stakeholders.
